kind staff superb location comfortable bed clean hotel
The staff displayed kindness and provided assistance. The hotel was clean. The location is superb, close to a metro station and a short walk from Central Park. I found the beds comfortable.
Hallway noise was audible within the room. One could hear every conversation outside.

amazing stay
amazing location evening indulgence
the location is amazing. i found the breakfast to be very good and the evening indulgence time was a nice perk (between 5pm and 8pm). we spent the day walking around and finished with wines and food, it was more than enough for dinner.
the elevators were slow. i waited a long time to get one and when i did, it made numerous stops and was crowded.

Mediocre Experience, Some Issues
elevator wait times basic toiletries
The elevators were a major issue. I waited a long time for one. The wait times were excessive. The room also lacked basic amenities I expect at this price point. There was no bathrobe and the toiletries seemed cheap. These issues impacted my stay negatively.

slow elevators basic toiletries
The elevators were REALLY slow. I waited FOREVER. The room was small, and it felt stuffy. There was NO coffee maker, I needed my morning coffee! Plus, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. I expected more from a hotel in this category. The advertised city view turned out to be partially blocked by another building.

The location was acceptable as it was near Central Park.
The room I got was small and it felt quite dated. There was no bathrobe in the room, and I had to request basic amenities upon arrival. The hotel did not feel like a five-star experience.
